ARCO Beverage Group recently broke ground on Standard Beverage's 117,880 SF distribution facility expansion in Lawrence, Kansas. We are thrilled to celebrate this milestone and look forward to the project's successful completion!
ARCO knows that our environmentally conscious customers want to evaluate their impact, value conservation, prioritize waste diversion and make great efforts to reduce their carbon footprint. We emphasize the importance of education and training so that our staff is well versed in green building best practices and capable of delivering all levels of LEED® Certified buildings. We incorporate green practices on the jobsite and in our offices, identifying ways to reduce emissions and waste and using resources responsibly and efficiently. In the concept and design stage, we offer our clients options for incorporating green building practices and provide a cost analysis to clarify the impact on the project budget and life cycle buy back. During construction, we assist owners in developing and implementing environmentally responsible jobsites with waste and indoor air quality management plans.
When construction is complete, ARCO has the experience to assist our customers through the LEED® certification process. We employ several LEED® Accredited Professionals who will coordinate and review the project’s design and develop a Green Building checklist to access the environmental impact from the day we break ground to the moment we hand over the keys.
Our team of architects, engineers and design/build contractors has constructed 12 million square feet of LEED® Certified space. We encourage our clients to incorporate a sustainability plan into their project and offer the expertise to guide them to make the best decisions for their business, community and culture.
